Existing Regular Mailbox to a Shared Mailbox and back.

In this post I have created How To's on converting an existing mailbox and making it a shared as well as how to change it back should you need to.

This could be needed for several reasons like multiple people in a department receiving and responding to email as one, or someone leaving the company and needing to share the mailbox with others temporarily.
